Shipping & Returns

Processing Times

Processing times are typically from 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Exceptions to this are preorder items, back order items, made to order items, etc! You can find more information on individual listings for those items. Because of our fast turnarounds it might not be possible to make edits to your shipping information, so please double check everything before placing your order!

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of merchandise in resell-able condition, this means unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags, and proof of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship item back within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If you'd like to return your item, you will be refunded for the item's cost, minus any shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot offer refunds or returns on sale items or gift cards.

International Shipping

We currently ship to everywhere except the UK. If you are outside the US or UK and are having trouble placing an international order please email us at campmustelid.shop@gmail.com for assistance! We hope to be able to offer shipping to the UK again one day in the future. International customers are responsible for any customs and taxes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Camp Mustelid cannot be held liable for packages once they leave our fulfillment center, but we will do our best to make it right! If you receive a damaged package please take photos of the packaging and items and email them to campmustelid.shop@gmail.com. We cannot offer compensation for stolen packages, please ensure your mail is delivered to a secure location. We cannot offer any compensation for lost international orders.
